Morning weight: 178lbs.
Day 4. Wow. I honestly didn't think I'd make it this far. But it honestly hasn't been that bad. I'm hungry, like normal, but a "lemonade" or some water and I'm fine. I'm beginning to really see why some people can (and do) this for extended periods of time. The idea of not eating is unpleasant but it isn't forever and you can stop at pretty much any time. But doing it for less than 10 days probably doesn't have any real impact.
I managed to sleep all the way to my alarm today so no salt water. So I'll be drinking my herbal tea today.
I'm starting to think about what I want to be the first "real" food I taste on the first day I can eat real food. I'm undecided right now but I pretty much made my "top choices" list in my previous post. I guess I'll find out when I get there.
And I've dropped 5 pounds in 4 days. Pretty crazy.
