Start of Day 3...

Morning weight: 180lbs.

I feel pretty good this morning. Nothing more than the normal morning hunger pains. I'll have my tea and pack a single serving of the "lemonade" in another bottle and power it once I get to my first client's offices. I've already packed 2 double serving "lemonades" in some water bottles to use later today. That'll be interesting.

I've done single day fasts in the past but nothing of this length. I'm planning on using the "success" of this 10-day "exercise" to set a new habit in my lifestyle. The next one will be along the lines of doing some actual exercise every day (or so) for 30 days. Then we'll move onto something longer (think "P90X", google it).

Oh, and I'm not looking forward to driving in my skunk'ed car though.
