FYI, the calories in a glass of the "lemonade" is in the 120 range.
Took a ride on my bike to Twin Lakes Church for the "Hot Rods on the Green" Hot Rod and Classic Car Show. About 2 miles round trip with a couple minor hills thrown in along the way. Took it easy and made it there fine. Hung out with the family (who drove) for just over an hour and then rode home. Took it easy coming back and was fine again. I need to do that more often.
In total, I had 5 glasses of "lemonade" today (technically one short). Plus a half glass of water immediately after each one (to help wash down the Cayenne pepper). And a bottle of water at the church. I was hungry a few times during the day but nothing that another glass of "lemonade" couldn't knock down.
After my morning 15 minute (no joke) bathroom break, I really didn't have any "extra" trips to the bathroom. At least not considering the amount of liquid I drank today.
All in all, not a bad day. My biggest issue came from watching "Unwrapped" on Food TV for an hour. Both episodes were about carnival or amusement park food. Ouch. Bad idea.
